Cancellation Policyy
IF you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within
2 business days following package receipt. You can contact us by sending an email to chocolate.dreams96@gmail.com
Only items that were physically flawed, damaged in transportation, or the incorrect item was shipped will be accepted for return. The Chocolate Dreams team will process return requests over the phone and send confirmation emails with advice on how to return the item. Once you receive the confirmation email, you have two working days to return the item(s). Chocolate Dreams will proceed to investigate the returned item and verify the claim after receiving it. A refund or replacement will be given once the return has been accepted as being acceptable. The item will be couriered back to you if it turns out that it cannot be returned.
Within 7 working days of receiving the returned item(s), the claim will be inspected and validated. Cheques for refunds will only be issued in the customer's registered name.
At each of the following stages of the return procedure, you will receive updates:
When the return request is received, a validation call is made
instructions sent in a confirmation email after the call for validation
receipt confirmation for the returned item
Within 7 business days of receiving the product, provide an update on the examination and validation of the claim.
Cancellation
Cancellations will be possible provided an order has not been shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
